Purpose and Characteristics
The disc heat dispersion system can effectively disperse impurities such as adhesives, oils, paraffin, plastics, rubber, or ink particles in waste paper pulp, in order to improve the appearance quality of the paper and enhance its performance. The system mainly includes: slurry concentration equipment (double net double pressure extruder or inclined spiral extruder and spiral extruder), material plug screw, preheater, and disc heat disperser. The thermal dispersion system adopts PLC automatic control with high control accuracy.
