Purpose and Characteristics
This machine is suitable for refining, dissociating, and tapping various papermaking raw materials.
The simple structure is easy to operate, maintain, and install.
Low horsepower, high output, door key type grinding chamber, easy to replace blades.
Fiber mutual abrasion - dissociation and tapping. By appropriate selection of blades, concentration, and control of outlets, ideal grinding effects can be achieved.
Single mode of general operation. Due to the communication device between the two pipes and the grinding disc during slurry inlet, the grinding pressure on both sides can be evenly distributed, reducing tool imbalance wear.
This machine is controlled by oil pressure for cutting, with simple operation. When the pressure inside the slurry inlet pipe is insufficient, the tool will automatically retract without manual monitoring, which can prevent tool wear and damage to the machine parts.
This machine can be used in both single grinding (series) and double grinding (parallel) modes.
