Purpose and Characteristics
This machine is used to process the residue inside the hydraulic pulper. The main purpose is to keep the plastic and light impurities inside the hydraulic pulper as large and original as possible without crushing them in large quantities, in order to maintain the continuous operation of the hydraulic pulper.
Key points for use: This machine allows small heavy impurities and large light impurities to enter the body for crushing. Therefore, larger heavy impurities such as iron blocks, stones, etc. should be discharged from the heavy slag discharge valve of the hydraulic pulper to avoid damaging the rotary blade.
This machine is equipped with an automatic control system, which can be used for batch cleaning. Its function is to feed slurry, screen, wash slurry, and discharge slag, so as to minimize the amount of slurry carried by the discharged residue and facilitate slurry recovery.
